Are blood and urine enough for every STD test?
No. Blood, urine and swabs detect different infections, and the relevant body sites depend on the type of sexual contact.
A urine sample may not identify an infection in the throat or rectum. A service that advertises a 'full panel' should still list each infection and sample rather than implying that one sample checks everything.

How should privacy and follow-up be explained?
The service should describe identity checks, data handling, result access, partner advice and any local reporting duties before collection.
Confidentiality should be clear and realistic. UAE law requires healthcare professionals and laboratories to report specified communicable diseases to the relevant authority, so avoid providers promising absolute anonymity without explaining the lawful process.
